Andrew is a well-spoken, intelligent and talented Canadian / Brazilian race car driver. At just 13 years old, this tri-lingual (fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English) athlete has won over 150 races and has earned several Championships, including national and state championships on two Continents.
In 2017 he is racing in Mini and Junior shifter (Kart) classes and in 2018 he will compete in the Lucas Oil Formula series. This class will race in several cities in the USA. During 2017, Andrew will begin practicing in the USF2000 Cars in preparation for the 2018 race season.
In June of 2018, he will be 14 years old and will legally be allowed to begin competing in The Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda. Sanctioned by INDYCAR, this series is the first official step on the Mazda Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires - a clearly defined path to reach the top echelons of the sport. In addition to providing a vital training ground for rising stars, the series champion will earn a scholarship package from Mazda of nearly $400K to advance to the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires, the next step on the ladder system.
