After years of helping on his dad’s car, 2013 marked the beginning of Brett Yackey’s dominant racing career. Racing his first season as a 13-year-old, the knowledge and experience that the third generation drive possesses has grown exponentially over the years. Driven by his motivation to succeed Brett has moved up a division each year since his first season. Each division that Brett has moved up to ended with a championship win at Colorado National Speedway. 2014, 2015 and 2016 make 3 consecutive wins. 2015 also brought with it the Late Model Rookie of the Year title, followed by the Nascar Whelen All-American Series for Colorado Rookie of the Year title in 2016. Plans to race the Super Late Model full time at Colorado National Speedway are already in place for the 2017 season.
