Cole was born in 2000 and lives in Rockwall, TX, and is a daredevil at heart – he began racing at the age of 5 years old. Cole enjoys running, racing, fishing, and watching any sports. His parents are Tim and Wendy Glasson, and he has two sisters Courtney and Alexa. Besides being fast on the track, Cole has an impressive resume off the track. Academically, Cole maintains a straight “A” average, is a member of the National Honor Society, and was named student of the year in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Cole attends Texas Connections Academy which is an online College Preparatory high school. When not racing, Cole can be found running with his dad in 5k’s, 10k’s, and half marathons and is also actively involved with his Cole Glasson Foundation, a charitable foundation. As much as time allows, Cole and his father can be found at their home karting track, Dallas Karting Complex, getting seat time and is also where Cole works part-time. Cole’s goal is to have a career in NASCAR. Cole has completed his twelfth full season of racing and has become very competitive at the national level. For the 2018 season, Cole is signed with Lee Faulk Racing and Development as their primary driver in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series where he will drive select tracks across the southeast for a minimum of 18 races. Cole has won three national championships, been runner-up in three more, as well as runner-up for Rookie of the Year in the Southeast Super Trucks. He also has won two UNOH Youth Achievement Awards in 2016. Cole will attend Liberty University in the Fall of 2018.
